Want to balance social impact with happy, healthy and fulfilled leaders?

Having worked in Education over a period of 18 years, I have first-hand knowledge of the pressures that come with working in public sector roles or in organisations focused on creating a fairer, better world.

This has inspired me to help organisations that are passionate about creating social change to support, engage and value their middle and senior leaders. I combine my training and expertise in education, the power of language, Positive Psychology and Neuroscience to offer creative and impactful coaching for individuals and for teams.

I also offer workshops/programmes in Reflective and Therapeutic Writing for personal and professional development. This is an engaging, accessible, research-supported tool for increasing emotional intelligence, confidence, and self-awareness as well as both physical and mental health.

Previous bespoke workshops have included in-person, online and hybrid courses on:

  • How To Thrive Through Transition

  • Writing for Personal and Professional Development

  • Back to Life (a programme for returning to work after maternity leave)

  • Rethinking Resilience

  • Language, Empathy and Identity
